If implementation takes months with consultants, the system will end up half used. Look for a solution that starts with the modules you need and grows with the process.

4. Where does the system live?

5. What do you see as a managing director?

Overdue orders, on-time delivery, scrap rate, revenue for the period — if those numbers are not on one dashboard, you will carry on assembling them by hand.
